Workplace Equal Opportunity and Gender Equality
This project was organized with the participation of our female employees during working hours from December 15, 2008, to February 3, 2009. Additionally, our male employees attended two seminars for specific training purposes. The project was carried out with the financial support of PUMA AG, in collaboration with KADAV (Women's Solidarity Foundation), a member of KEIG (Women's Labor and Employment Initiative), and SOGEP (Social Development and Gender Equality Policies Center). The aim of the project is to inform female workers about their rights in the workplace as well as women's health.
