The Foundation for the Education and Protection of Intellectually Disabled Children (ZİÇEV) has been striving since 1982 to meet the educational and future security needs of intellectually disabled children in Turkey as widely and permanently as possible. Intellectually disabled children receive services aimed at improving their disabilities.

Increasing the services provided to intellectually disabled children, addressing disability issues, ensuring social acceptance of people with disabilities, and enabling individuals with disabilities to live peacefully and securely as members of society require everyone to take significant responsibilities. As the Milteks group, we are honored to support ZİÇEV - The Foundation for the Education and Protection of Intellectually Disabled Children. At the end of 2013, hundreds of ZİÇEV certificates, which we hoped would bring hope to intellectually disabled children with Milteks donations, were sent as gifts to our stakeholders.
